Unstoppable Haaland Grabs Second Player of the Week Award with Four-Goal Masterclass

Erling Haaland (23) continues his dominant run, earning 24hscore’s Premier League Player of the Week award again after a jaw-dropping four-goal performance in Manchester City‘s 5-1 thrashing of Wolves. This marks his second consecutive week receiving a perfect 10 rating, following his impressive cameo at Nottingham Forest.

The Norwegian forward opened the scoring from a debatable penalty, sending Wolves keeper Jose Sa the wrong way. He doubled the lead with a powerful header before the break, then completed his hat-trick with another penalty earned after being brought down.

But Haaland saved his best for last. He controlled the ball expertly on the right, cut inside, and unleashed a curling shot that left Sa with no chance.

This performance extends Haaland’s lead in the Golden Boot race to four goals over Chelsea’s Cole Palmer. More importantly, it keeps City breathing down the necks of leaders Arsenal, who are just one point ahead.

Pep Guardiola’s men face Fulham in the early kick-off this Saturday. A win would see City leapfrog Arsenal to the top of the Premier League table.
