The transfer to Fenerbahçe for central midfielder Rade Krunic has been finalized for a reported cost of 5 million euros. The 30-year-old midfielder is set to sign a contract with the Turkish club for a duration of 2.5 years.

Fenerbahçe had pursued Krunic’s signature even during the summer, but negotiations fell through. With the midfielder subsequently losing his place in the starting lineup as the season progressed, AC Milan has now agreed to his departure.

Rade Krunic initially joined AC Milan in the summer of 2019, making the move from Empoli. During his time with Milan, he has contributed 3 goals and 6 assists in a total of 139 matches.

It’s worth noting that Fenerbahçe recently secured the signing of legendary Italian centre-back Leonardo Bonucci as a free agent.
