22:44 CET – Empoli have narrowly escaped relegation in Serie A! A last-minute goal helped Empoli beat Roma 2-1, lifting them above Frosinone and out of the bottom three. Frosinone, on the other hand, have been relegated after a 1-0 loss to Udinese. It’s a harsh way to go down. Meanwhile, Lazio and Sassuolo drew 1-1, and champions Inter Milan ended the season with a 2-2 draw against Verona.
