Among the reserves for the Eastern Conference is the injured New York Knicks forward, Julius Randle, currently sidelined with a dislocated shoulder. The Knicks have stated that he will undergo re-evaluation in 2-3 weeks, casting doubt on his participation in the All-Star game. If Randle is unable to play, NBA Commissioner Adam Silver will appoint a replacement.
