NFL announces teams for Wembley, Tottenham, and Munich later this year

The NFL has announced the designated teams for its International Games series in the 2024 season. The Chicago Bears, Minnesota Vikings, and Jacksonville Jaguars are scheduled to play NFL games in London, while the Carolina Panthers will head to Munich.

The Bears and Vikings will compete at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, and the Jaguars will return to Wembley Stadium for their 12th game in London under a multi-year deal.

As for the Panthers, they will travel to Germany to play at Munich’s Allianz Arena, which serves as the home of Bundesliga side Bayern Munich.

Exact dates and opponents for these international games will be revealed when the regular-season schedule is released later this year. The NFL had its first regular-season game in Germany in 2022 at Allianz Arena, where Tampa Bay defeated Seattle 21-16.

The Chicago Bears, Minnesota Vikings, Jacksonville Jaguars, and Carolina Panthers have international marketing rights in the United Kingdom and Germany, respectively.

While the NFL plans to continue playing games in Mexico City, there won’t be a game in 2024 due to renovations at Estadio Azteca.
